I been hearing they're way over 1/1000 drop rate for the mando liquids. I dunno but that's pretty damn high to me/shrug.
ANyone able to confrim the drop rate or an approx rate?

Well, like you said, the current drop rate is estimated at around 0.01% for PLC and binary liquid. Seems to vary somewhat from server to server, though that could be due to population size, more people to get groups together, etc.
If it were just a matter of individual persistence and patience, this would not necessarily seem like a bad deal... but for each component looted, it takes the efforts of 10-15 people besides the player who gets the component. And those people who are helping out usually end up with nothing, because the drop rates of other stuff in DWB is also pretty darn low.
I can easily see that in most ordinary conditions, a player would have to make regular trips to the DWB for about a year or so before getting enough components for a full suit of armor, possibly more like 18 months.

Ive done the DWB over 100 times since the CU probably, crafted myself 2 mando helmets and guess what... Looted only 1 of the liquids. All of the liquids that exist were from preCU. You are right the drop rate is 1/1000.. for ANY loot. Drop rate off the mandolorian NPCs is 1/1000, and ur not guaranteed to get a liquid in that 1/1000 loot chance. Hope that helps.
