Yes, at the house in Keren you end up in at the end of Secrets of the Syren part 3. You don't have to be doing the quest to go there.

good luck with that lmao its extreamly doubtfull youll get one here from the avatar named mobs i killed a few hundred before i realised they only drop slaver brasier's
however get your self on the secret of the syren part 3 quest and get the trando boss mob to spawn and kill him he sometimes drops it just dont talk to the wookie once you get outside if you want to redo the mission and kill the boss for more loot

For rebels it starts in Tyrena cantina (see Veega Madish)
For imps its Bestine cantina (see Jeevan Monsul)
For neutrals its Theed cantins (see Tyla Jinn)
it starts a bit crappy but gets better as it goes along and is well worth completing (well the 4 parts so far are, ending with the bola carbine reward!)

me anda guildie were there (Keren House) for less than an hour. Looted a barrel. Wasnt the mob boss. Was one of the cronies.

My group got 2 of them last night at the house in Keren, so it's not impossible!

i got a barrel from the boss mob here
but please, can we make sure we dont 'camp' this place or at least step aside for those who are actually doing the syren quest

Confirmed, That the barrel does drop off the Boss Mob, Killed him 13 minutes ago on Bloodfin and looted a barrel first ever try

I'll also confirm this. Killed the Boss Trandoshan, Trussk (CL 84), 6 minutes ago on Flurry (Keren House, Syren Quest)and he dropped a Trandoshan Rifle Barrel. Beats my sitting there yesterday for 3 hours and looting nothing but a Trandoshan Intraframe.

How do you get this Trussk guy to spawn? I started doing the Siren quest and got to the point where you have to go to the Keren house, but I can't get him to spawn. I used some terminal in the basement and it spawned some wookie that started following me around, but I didn't talk to him cause I had thought I read some where that that ended the quest. I did camp some of the lesser Trandoshans for a while, and managed to loot a barrel off one of the guards, but I probably had to kill over 100 of them to get it. I've heard there's a way to get Trussk to spawn over and over. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

talk to the wookie once soon as you do the boss trando will spawn kill and loot him then get out of the house and drive away from the wookie whos following you and you will get a 'you have 10 seconds to get back to the wookie' message just keep driving away from him and you will fail
