OK.. What exactly are the requirements to wear this? Currently im imperial pilot and imperial ground.. If i went nutral could I equip it or do I have to also be nuetral pilot?

Ground faction does not matter, you have to be a nuetral pilot to wear it.

As long as you have neutral pilot you can wear it. I bought one for my alt who doesn't have jtl and he can't wear it, so it acts like a chest in my house:/

There is a bando pack for each faction pilot
merc bando - neutral pilot
double bando - imp pilot
can't remember off hand the rebel type... multipocket bando I think
they are found under misc on the bazaar

one of the bando's from one of the factions is misspelled, "bandoleor".
