I've heard everything from Tier 4 ships to Corsecs to Erran Sif....anyone have a good spot to loot these from? Running around without AB armor is getting old fast.

I looted one from a BH mission like a week ago..It's the harest slice tool to find right now.

Picked one up from a MagSeal in the Kobola Spice Mines POI on Rori, (Was there for the badge, but made of with one of these and two ore recycler schems. Yay for killing everything that moves, even if it happends to be CL-Crap) another one in relation to killing Rogue CorSecs at the POI on Corellia (Not sure if it was a container or NPC though).

Yeah they do drop form low lvl NPCs, some guy looted one from the low level NPCs walking about in Dantooine MO.

on my vendor, when I sell them, I have them at 250k and they go fast. I have heard ppl paying 500k. Not quite as bad as the ICB were pre-BH drops, but getting there fast

i got one from those CL111 npcs on dant. but ive gotten one padding in killing like a trillion of htem, so its not very commen
