nyms on lok drop them

but chances for ggeting even 1 with ultra crappy stats are like 1/50

they are very rare, to find, good luck

I looted a set off of a sith in the village. I also looted a set with no dot, but +7 terrain negotiation off of a stormie last night.

teraud npc and sith npc seem to drop them the most, gotten a mind poison from a teraud and a health poison from a sith
