Alright, so tonight our team on Kauri crafted the Mandalorian Leggings, and as usual, we were taking bets on what the color would be. We were quite dismayed when they came out black and green, which is a far stretch from our silver/blue helmet and silver/pink chestplate. But then I noticed something... our Tailor's armor was all green.
Last time, when we crafted the chestplate, I gave a suit of armor to a guild Smuggler to slice, and she always changes the color of armor suits to pink for the fun of it. Instead of changing it back to a color I liked, I decided to just leave it pink. Chestplate is crafted... comes out pink and silver.
So, my theory is pretty self evident. Either it was just a fluke both times, or perhaps the script that determines the color of crafted Mandalorian armor is not as random as initially thought. I am thinking that the armor colorof the crafter is the same as what the Mando will be. If this is so, perhaps future DWB crafting teams can control their suits so that the pieces match somewhat. Just thought I would suggest this.

Nope, our crafter has never worn teal/dark green, marooon/black, or gold/dark gold. Last night we crafted 2 helms that were the same color(white/grey), which is also the same color as a previously crafted helm, and the crafter was wearing black/dark blue armor.

I think the same is true for looted clothing. Usually has a color or 2 that matches my outfit.

So if you stripped to your underwear before crafting would the armor be white or clear?
