I ticketed this too, and all the CSR would tell me was to buy some clothes...not sure how that helps or fixes things or if it was supposed to be a joke, but I am 50k down the tubes and wanting a real answer. They drop but wont play. WOrked fine before the patch.

Could a dev please give me some idea as to when/if you are going to fix jukeboxes please? I rent two a day for our dance troupe.

Just hit it on theside and it will work again. Always worked forthe Fonz. Ehhhhh.

I had two do that tonite myself.

Luckily, I got a csr who refunded my credits.

Interestingly enough, my friend who had the second one, got the notorious, "blah blah blah..we're sorry...blah blah blah, please be patient, blah blah, they are only good for 8 hours.

This is NOT customer service and is NOT an answer. /growl

They're not worknig for me, either.

I had an event today and bought a Jukebox for it. Tried to turn it on and... nothing.
I sent in a ticket and a bug report.

I tried using a lottery droid I found today, wouldn't respond to trying to buy a ticket. YAY more broken stuff.
