the banner come from the voting in bestine between victor and sean, you need to vote for victorhope that he wins and that he gives it to ya as he will give that or a statue they are both in the big main hall in bestine

done that ,, no reward what time scale is this do i have to go back to victor or do i have to do the Tusken fort.. kill and monster... semi quest?

I have read that you don't get a reward if victor is re-elected. You have to get your server to vote sean into office and then the next cycle vote victor back into office. Our server is pretty good at alternating and a group of 4 of us have only received 1 imp banner between us in 3 different tries. That same person got the giant rug from sean, maybe he has a better luck modifier than the rest of us. This last time I got some necklace from Victor .

I don't know if this is true or not, but it worked for me. I was told that if you get all 3 peices of evidence for the particular canidate, your chances of getting the "good"reward will increase. I have 2 toons and had voted with both of them several times, always getting just the required one peice of evidence, and I always got the "crappy" reward. The last two elections though, I've got all 3 peices on both of my toons. In those elections I got the rug on one of my toons in one of the elections and the banner on both in the next. While this isn't proof that it works, it may have been random luck, I'll always take the time to get all the evidence from now on.

apperently ur suppose to try and get sean back in. from my guildie that just got hers thats what she told me.

This is repeatable. The trick is you need to keep alternating who you vote for. Find out who is currently in office and vote for the other canidate. In the election after that, vote for the other guy. If you keep alternating, you can keep getting the rewards.

If you vote for the same canidate everytime, he will just tell you that you have already receivied your reward.

Getting the Imperial Banner is extremely difficult on most servers. Most servers are Rebel dominated, especially Ahazi. Getting the Imperial favored official into office is very difficult and very time consuming (election cycle). The Rebels in their great numbers usually get the opposing official into office.

Even if you do get him into office, the chances of receiving the banner as the reward is random between 2-3 other rewards.

If you can get an Imperial Banner, especially on a Rebel dominated server, it can usually get you a good amount of credits.
