i ordered the swg ROTW and i dont know how to claim my barc and varactyl, any help?

try using /claim or /getVet, this might not work though because those commands are kinda borken since pub 18. But you could be lucky

you only get one of those items...if u did the digital download u get the varactyl...if u bought the Total Experience Pack then u get the Barc Speeder. from what i'm hearing from other people is that because of the new publish its not giveing anybody new there free gift. Supposedly the devs are working on it but u might want to fill out a csr ticket just to see what kind of entertaining answer they give you.

as csr told me /claim was broken and when i asked when it would be fixed he said just keep checking the site

That's an insanely sorry excuse for all of those customers who went out and spent $25 for the sole purpose of getting the BARC. It's also terrible for those newbies who ran out to purchase the game, thinking they were getting a special bonus, only to be introduced to the harsh world of SOE's dev incompetence. It's an eye opener when you can't even claim the rewards they've given out to try to garner new customers and get old ones to upgrade.

haha well thx guys(and girls?) ive been playin for 2 years and enjoyed it all untill the cu. but ill continue to play and i hope i can get my varactyl since i didnt get the total experiance package.

I dont know where you got this information but its incorrect. I bought them both and got both. You have to buy and register the digital d/l firstso you can get the Varactyl intoyour datapadthen uninstall the game you have.Next just install the Total Experience and get the BARC speeder. The Varactyl will be in your datapad still because the game is saved on the server....not your computer.

The BARC speeder was a known bug. I logged in today and the Rward Screen popped and it is now available. CSRs told me that the only ones that were getting them before were brand new accounts. Hope everyone else is getting theres now as well.

So he's actually right, you get the mount with the DD and the speeder with the TE Pack. Little useless to dl. the RoTW DD, then uninstall it and buy the TE Pack, no matter how much you earn.

Ps. /claim does work now, I got my BARC just 3 hours ago
