Corsec gloves and boots with basic mods.

We've looted ALOT of clothing from Nightsisters all without mods.

I looted loads of leather gloves from canyon corsairs on my quest for the agrivator schem, none had any bonuses at all.

It might be easier to question what is being looted. I get nothing, an occasional cl5 gun. I'm not sure if this is disabled for upgrades or if the Devs have just given up trying to be as creative as players.

I recall looting some sort of tusken clothing at the fort that had stats on it last week. I deleted the item though on accident
