Thread: Krayt nerf? 25 kills = 3 sets of +7 scales

Whats going on, Ive been hunting krayts a lot the last 3 or 4 weeks and have got a bunch of pearls and good tissues. About every 3, I would get eigther a tiisue or pearl and was preety happy with the loot drops on these things. I was hunting akuaans like a mad man getting attachments then they nerf that, so I started krayt hunting now they nerf this. I'm reallygetting bored now, all there is to do is pvp, thats fun but I need something else to do, I dont want to pvp all the time. Why do they keep nerfing these loot rates, dont they realize the loot drop are horrible as it is. I have a good saber and was hunting these things for my guildieswho have no way to get these. Now they make it even harder to get pearls, so now I must got hunt the worst, Nightsisters, that drop acrystal in 1 out of like 20 and take forever to kill. c'mon devs this is getting ridiculas.

I heard that they turned off Pearl dropping for a bit, then again it could be just a rumor but a team and I went out and killed several ancients but no pearls just tissues.

My bro and i were out hunting for about 5 hours and only 5 pearls .. lots of useless tisse. What's up. this sucks.

did about 20 yesterday after the restart. Kill 20 not 1 pearl loads of crap scales and tissues and a pistol? mmm something wasn't right and had over 10 despawn :/

i kill about 15 a day since there's a spawn right next to my alt's factories. Havent dropped a pearl in over a week and a half. I'm sure somethings up.

hmm krayt realy havent been worth hunting since the bh publish which made tissues worthless
pearls have not been worth getting and nothing to be excited about for a long time, youd be better off with lvl 100ish jedi npc that drop quality crystals [last i checked]



Bothans are rarer than jedi
that makes me sad =o

In my experience I've been able to loot about six pearls in a couple of hours off juve's post-CU. This hasnt happened in a long time now.

Sounds like you guys are having bad luck.


Last Friday my guild had a hunt and the six of us got 21 pearls in about 4 hours. No idea how many we killed, but with 5 Jedi and a MBH the krayts were dropping pretty fast. We also got 17 sets of Krayt tissue. I think we averaged a Pearl every 4 dragons.

5 pearls,14 tissues,no scales,a CDEF PISTOL,and some Smuggler Slicing Components dropped in about 2-3 hours when I was hunting with my guild

yeah, I just had problems looting yesterday, prior days were much much better.

Today, I kill 2 ancients, 3-4 canyons, 3-4 juvies, got 1 pearl, 1 set of decent tissues, 1 mando intraframe, 1 delicate trigger, I stopped after I killed 5 in a row and the loot stopped coming,

After the original 25 that we got nothing , i went out again and killed about 70 more throughout the day, give or take 2 or 3, and this is what I got.8 pearls,3 sets of tissues (worthless), 5 sets of scales(worthless), and some other crap.


Just to all those peeps posting erlier, a couple weeks ago krayts were on fire, I was looting a pearls about every 3 or 4 krayts and really nice tissues, set of 192, 187 x5 but last week it just stopped.


So in conclusion , from approxamately 100krayts i got 8 pearls.
