Thread: katarn knuckles
From the bug forums it looks like all bio-link items and some quest rewards were broken by pub 18, making them untradeable.

they are pretty easy to get
go to kashyyyk go to the ryatt trail on the left hand side of the first bridge just to the right of the hut there will be a wookie standing there.. talk to him he is the one who will end up giving you the knucklers.. do all of his quests.. then wham you got ur knucklers... if ur already a lvl 80 then the first half of the quests are very simple.. it dosent start getting difficult untill you get down to the webweaver level with the feral wookies.. at that point u might as well brin g1-2 other friends with you to speed the process along... then on the last level u gotta kill the katarn he is the final quest from the starting wookie... he is lvl 87 and is fairly simple to beat... i have beaten him each time i have fought him with just 2 people.. me being a TKM/Mswords/4xxx doctor and my buddy who is a MBH/Mcarbs/4xxx combat medic.. takes a few minutes to bring him down but use CoB and decent foods and it is fine...
return to the wookie after the katarn is dead and there you have it... and trust me you will fall in love with them.. if u have an ADK use it on the knucklers so you can use them whenever you like.. me personally i sold my ADK like an idiot for 4 million and now i wish i had kept it =( cause of the decay on em i only use it when i do PvP ...

Good advice (doing this myself). However, also hope they fix the current issue with trading biolikable items (that are not yet biolinked).
