Thread: New Tat/Rori/Talus NPCs? Anyone??

Has anyone seen any of these promised new static spawns?? I was hoping that these new guys would maybe drop a different loot table, be tougher than the usual guys, etc., but I haven't seen anything resembling new NPC spawns on Tat/Rori/Talus yet at all
