How are the drops from Tuskens & Jawas nowdays? Still drop crystals and sea's (tusken)?

tuskens do drop crystals but they are few and far between as well as sea's dont know about jawas

I have noticed that ALL npc's are dropping far less loot than prior to the CU.

All I ever get these days is credits for the most part. Now and then the odd CDEF pistol etc. that's nothing but crap.

I have only recieved one of the newer loot items since the CU and that was a viewscreen tech reader.

Just yesterday I was On Tat and hit up the Tuskens and Jawas. I did manage to get some decent loot, 4 crystals (2 of wich where 1200+ condition) 4 feed tubes and 1 AA 1 CA (Don't remember the stats and mods but they where not +1's more like +4 or something)

Please note I do have Luck 3 FS but I have yet to figure out if that is boing anything for me.
