I've been killing various creatures and NPCs around Kashyyyk and haven't looted any human skulls yet - does anybody know if they're dropped off a particular mob?

Those brain-spider things in the Mydrill cave. Their name escapes me and even if I recalled I wouldn't be able to spell it.

Oddly enough, Kerritamba WOOKIEE skulls look just like human skulls, lol. I guess the huge heads the wookiees have are just balls of unprotected flesh.

Have also looted a skull, a foot, and a hand of of the Mother spider in the Outcast caves.

You also get some interesting "remains" loot from the Spiders in the Outcast caves as well as the beetles in the Myyd Caverns. Skeletal remains, chewed clothing things like that.
