I looted this off a Urnsor'is soldier, does anyone know what it is? If I choose "Inspect" from the radial menu it says it starts a quest, which I decided not to do for the time being.

The mission is to give the runestone back to Ren'Salla, who is standing in a little campsurrounded byurnsor'is. I don't remember exactly how to get to her but its near one of the bridge splits, up takes you to her and down takes you to Necrosis.

Sadly she doesn't really want the runestone back and only gives you 3k for your trouble. Lots of players have said its a pretty pointless quest

Yeah I used it and saw where she was at. I was going to make an attempt to get it to her (its basically me and my friend burst running by all the Urnsor'is), but I guess I won't if that's all it is. Thanks for the info.

It's just a good quest to do if you're already in the cave. Get the mission, then just walk by Ren as you head through the cave and get your credits.
