They are in a lot of topics on this board, and I was wondering what they were, and where to find them if they are good.

Skill Enhancing Attachment, an Armor or Clothing attachment with a mod to your skills on them.
If they are good or not obviously depends on the skill and the value of the skill.

What would be some good onees for me to have? I am a Master Fencer/Master CM, are there SEA's that would really help me, or be really useful?
