Thread: Splitting Stacks of new loot items

Is there any word that they are working on making the new loot stacks splittable? This is really cool stuff for decorating and various things, but the fact that you can't split the stacks makes it virtually useless for this in many cases.

And why is some stuff individual, and other stuff auto stacks.

Sayormi Glow sticks are individual and Voodoo dolls are not, for instance.

Thoughts? Answers? Devs? Where are we with this stuff?

I havent heard anything... but what you could do in the mean time is get 10 sachels or cargo pockets, and put each kind of loot in the sachels so they dont stack. this is whati did so i could decorate my house.

Never thought of the sachel idea, I like it and will give that a try, been putting one in each droid, gets annoying pulling them out and putting them away all the time....thanks

do you not just right click on them and an unstack comand appears?

Nope, the command simply doesn't exist for most of them. I think it's there on some but it doesn't work, I can't remember now.

i think i know what you're thinking about. the Mystical Tomes, right? I love those thigns. I've made myself a library out of them. Problem is, you can only hold 5 at a time because they stack in inventory. HOWEVER, I dropped 5 in my office, and then later went back to Kashyyyk and looted 2 more of the same variety. Went back to my office nad dropped them, and they didn't stack up in the buildling. So I have7 tomes sitting out.


Go get 5 different tomes, get your friends to get 5, and drop them all in a room. Just don't pick them up or they may stack in your inventory. Abracadabra, you have a library. Or whatever you make out of stuff that stacks.

I wouldn't mind knowing why some of the same item stack and some don't. I ended a night with a stack of 5 voodoo dolls, then a few spots further down in my inventory was a stack of 3 voodoo dolls.



...and really, they're "action figures". But didn't know if y'all'd know what they were if I called them Voodoo Action Figures.

I'm hoping someone will update as to wether or not this will be fixed. I really wanna split my stuff.
