I bought some armor off of the bazaar only to find that it was bio-linked to someone, now i cant wear it. Question is can it be transfered to a new owner? Can a bio engineer or someone bio link it to me?

I don't believe so.

You have to look out for this kind of stuff nowadays.

sorry but once it's bio-linked, there's no way to let anyone else wear it
