What quests do I have to do to get these rewards? I thought they were part of the imperial themepark.

The Imperial Banner on most servers is VERY hard to get. You get that as a random reward if Victor Visalis wins the Bestine Elections. He's the candidate that favors the Empire and stronger defense.

The AT-ST Bodysuit & Helmet are a set reward out of a possible 2 (other being the TIE) at the Emperor's Retreat.

So if I didn't get the AT-ST suit and helm during the imperial theme park I can't get it?

you can buy it from somone else. The TIE suit is more rare to get though.

You get the AT-AT pilot suit and helmet from the Imperial theme park, it looks the same as the AT-ST helmet but with just a different description. You either get the AT-AT survival suit and helmet or TIE survival suit and helmet from the last mission from Thrawn in the theme park, if I remember right he's either the 4th or 5th person you do missions for. You also get the TIE set in the first set of missions for imperial pilot so i'd say the rarer one is actually the AT-AT set.

To get the AT-ST helmet, head to Mos Taike, Tatooine and look for a npc named Bren Kingal. Do the first 3 missions for him and then do the forth but before you go back and complete the mission, put the AT-ST helmet into a backpack or droid storage compartment since its the transfer item. This also means you can do this quest multiple times and get multiple helmets but as far as I know there isn't an AT-ST survival suit in the game to go with it.

Yeah, but before JTLS hit people were upset when they got the AT-AT pilot set.
