I know currently its bugged so you can't craft the agitator motor for the ore recycler, but what about the tumble blender?

Basically, someone has offered me a completed agitator motor, and im not sure if i should buy it if i can't end up crafting the tumble blender and then the ore recylcer itself?

so has anyone crafted a tumble blender or an ore recycler latley?
