I know that the FAQ says that these drop on "Thugs outside Moenia, Naboo" but that's kinda vague.

Does anyone know specifically what to hunt to get these?

Yes, I killed about a hundred prowlers and muggers in Moenia and didnt find anything. Can anyone verify this info?

Is it any good to anyone? I just looted it from a space and I had never seen it before so I don't know if it's rare or I just never had the pleasure of seeing it. If it is rare, how much does it go for? Thanks for the help!

who did you loot it from

Easytwo - Elder armoursmith / doctor and also elder WS/BH/MM
Easythree - NGE noob with lots haha

It's a new smuggler tool for slicing armor. I don't know how valuable they are.

I think it does the top level level slice for protecting against armourbreak , so any BH or dedicated PvPer would want it.

I was up in Kessel blasting Rebel ships. I think it might have fallen from a gunboat. I never look at my loot until I land so it could have also come from a fighter. I've never seen it before. Anyone use it?

I looted 3 in Deep Space, 2 of them from X-Wings.
