Thread: Does SEAs with Defense vs States still work?

As title says, does the SEAs with Defence vs Blind, Stun, Knockdown, etc still work?


and if they do, are they worth getting? ie, do you actually resist more states?

okay thx...



an updated list of which SEAs that work and how well they work would be nice.. isnt someone sitting there just waiting for something to test? I am sure a list of SEAs would be greatly appreciated by the community

I'd like to know the answer to this myself. I have a +10 D vs KD tape and I'd sure like to know if it still works and, if so, how much effect it would have. What's interesting is that D vs Stun shows up in my Skill Mod window when I put on one of the old BE shirts. But none of the profs add any of these defenses.(that I know of)
