Shock Absorbant Padding? Slicing Component?
If so I thought those came off random low level npcs around moenia and such. I've gotten all mine off Salvaging pre-cu kits so I am unsure. Guide over on the smuggler forum stickies though.

I picked up a few at the Erin Sif Bunker POI on Talus. Also got alot from locked containers before I gave up smuggler

I looted one just recently from the Sith that are spawning at the village this phase....
