imperial banner is a reward from victor the politician in bestine for voting for him [if your lucky or he gives you a statue that architect can make] you could also get the banner from the empire day quests a little while ago but these are over now
the greviouse poster is from kash quests there are 2 quests for it one is from bestine cantina a guy named Qakkee

the rug is a vet reward.. how do u have to be in game to get it? a year or 2? or what?
