where do i get a neocirs or what ever its called... knuckler? where to do i loot it from or what quest do i have to do to get it?

He is at the bottom of the Mydryyl caverns, in teh Kohwirr forest, on Kashyyyk.

Necrosis if lvl 92, his 4 NK bodyguards are lvl 86
