yes they drop upto +11

higher level always drops better than lower level

Go get missions, dont matter what your level cl is unless its 10.

I am currently a cl 60 and running missions getting level 59 to 61 and I have looted up to +13 AA's and +9 CA's.

Yes the missions do drop better sea's ive gotten up to 12's. and yes they are still dropping after the fix the same drop rate.

any place on talus. player cities will give higher level missions

i read a long postre this about a month ago and the general thought was nerf. i went out and got the 2 missions by one another and began running back and forth between them. in about 4 hours i didnt get any good drops. i should try again eh?

I have done quite a few missions Lvl 75 on Talus. Always took Aa'kuan Champion missions. I looted around 10 AA's (only from Aa'kuan Champions). I have not looted any CA. Which of those Aa'kuans are supposed to drop them (from missions, not from the cave - I hate cave camping).

Champions drop AA's Defenders and Sentinals drop CA's and yes from missions.
