Seems that the new craze from the Devs is Holographic images. Here is an idea for two new items:

Holo-Camera: Built by a combination of parts from Master Artisan it allows individuals to select existing items, players, or NPC and take a one holoshot of them and add a little text explination.

Holo-Projector: Built by a combination of parts from Master Artisan and Master Droid Engineer or Master Architect. The master artisan builds the most of the parts and then it can be put into a droid (DE) or a special pedistal (Arch). A person can take the holo-camera and attach it to the projector and then it projects that image. The camera can't be used while its projecting.

It might be too complicated, but thought it could be slightly reasonable if it is only for existing in game items, NPC, or players, but in a blue glowie color. In fact,theDevs could maybe do it for player holos by using the neverimplemented Jedi turns into a blue glowie after getting killed.
