If it has Sockets then it is.

Ive got a Ubese Bandolier stuffed away that I just found


How do I tell if its a prenerf or not?


It doesnt have a condition, it says armor, and has 4 sockets...

if it doesn;t have a condtion then its pre nerf to the best of my knowelge
