Did a few missions today and got two attachments with +10 or higher mods.

one of the CA's had +14 2H saber speed which will sell for alot if I choose to do that.

Out of about 10 or 11missions I got 1 BH schem, two attachments, and the rest junk. I have not looted any power cells or scopes since patch 23, let me know if any of you have. But it still looks like the BH missions are the way to go for fast cash or loot. Spend a day at it and you are likely to get some decent loot.
