I've seen holocrons used as decorations in houses on occasion. So, when I found out that a Sith Holocron is the reward for the quest from the guy in front of the ruined Jedi temple on Dantooine, I immediately made sure to finish the quests so I could get that neat decoration for my house. But then I get it home and I can't drop it! It tells me I can only keep in in my inventory or safety deposit.
So, are there different Holocrons that can be used as decoration?

force crystal hunters from the force crystal cave and a certain type npc rebel drop the holocrons u can drop for decoration.

The "reward" holocrons from teh dark / light jedi at the Dantooine jedi temple can only be in your inventory / safety deposit.
Holocrons can also be looted from some NPCs (in the force crystal cave on Dant, IIRC), and those can be dropped / traded wherever you want.

ok... go to dantooine a check your POI, and go to forceHunterCave, you need to spend a couple time until you loot some holocrons.... so it is not a fast loot
or... go to naboo to impWeapon research POI location, a dark..Stormtrooopers can drop them too
or .. dantooine near MO you can find spawn 2cl111 who have chance of drop those holos
DJadepts, DJK, DJM are chance of droping them too

and... now anyone here know for what is... that... HOLOCRON from quest as reward ? because if it can't be placed in your house, or traded what is purpose of that holocron..... is it bugged or what... because normal holocron for jedi is 1use per 1day and automaticaly destroyed holocron so jedi need have have banked couple of them but for what reason that quest holocron is in game... someone who know ???
btw... i can't do that stupid mission... cause i speak first with that person before cave, and than after he asked me to killpadawan a just droped his mission and... find out that person in cave don't wanna speak with me because she feel (that draaka) dark force inside me... i'm just stuck.. cause no one of those npc don't wanna speak with me

relict from ancient days, when holocrons have not been mana potions, but tomes of lore that told you to master weaponsmith to become force sensitive.

good old days , i had brawler , fencer , swordsman and smuggler... and i still didnt get pre-unlock lol

Lucky. My first told me to master Tailor. Got one skills up (0100), and gave up. It was just too boring.

i got BE, Artisan and doctor. Then silent. didn't unlock for a while till they brought out the xp system. had 5/6 lines unlocked
