I am looking for information on anything that loot drops shock absorbent padding. I have been reading and people say low level mobs, anything more specific. like a mob that they drop from more often. Any information would be helpful.

Found two yesterday - one dropped from a Stormtrooper outside the weapons research place on Naboo.

The other came from a Weapons Upgrade kit.

I farm the lok mercenaries when I need them. You can pull missions for them which is handy though the droprate is really pretty sad. I normally get one about every 4-8 hours of farming.
