i read somewhere ( but can't find again post )) that there is item ingame that allow u to "traform " screenshot in painting...

can u conferm or denied it plz....


if exist ..how many part of this item there are?

No, there isn't such an item. Could you imagine all the people that would use paint to make signs that say "f*ck you", then put them up in their house? Or take porn images and frame them for their house walls? SOE would never let that happen, and for good reason.
So no, it's not possible to do this.
