i killed a group outside my house of npc imps like lvl 15 or 20, pretty weak and got 2 of em

I've been playing since a week after launch(minus a few months when my son was born) killed almost everything you can in game multiple times. NEVER ... EVER looted a holocron !! Just unlucky I guess.
