not sure if they protect them but it is a waste to use an adk on one when u can get it repaired at a medcenter for a minimal fee

you go up to the guy on the second floor of coronet medcenter [same npc that equips the arm for you] and one of the options is to repair cybernetics then a screen comes up and you highlight which arm etc you want to repair
most ive had to pay for a repair is 6k and it repairs the arm to full condition =]

Mine do degrade. But its at a real slow rate.

Is the repair of cybernetic arms like for armor where you lose massive amounts ofcondition every time you repair it?
