here's the situation- my character is a bothan and I have been hunting for a Tusken helmet to complete his disguise. I looted one- and it couldn't be worn. I submitted a ticket, as I have worn Tusken helms before, and the CSR said there were two types- one could be worn by only male humans, the other by any male. The Knowledge base was congruent with that information.

Now, I noticed there were two "Tusken Raider Helmet" options on a vendor search,s o I bought a few helms from each type. however, neither type could be worn. I submitteed a ticket asking where I could obtain the alien wearable helmet and was told only himans could wear the raider helmet.

So does anyone have an answer to the riddle? I am looting at a Tusken-Jawa battle near the Krayt Graveyard but no luck so far. I am going to post this in both the IG CSR forum and the item forum- I would like to know if my search is in vain, and if it is true that only a human can wear the helm, why is SOE discriminating against canines? :-(

Your search is in vain. Us Bothans can not wear tusken helms. And to answer they other question. SOE only like to be realistic on stupid little stuff that will pi$$ off players.

Ahh i hear that, I love the tusken look ...but can't wear it because I'm rodian lol. I spent all my noobs credits buying the outfit, and couldn't wear the helm

& I can't wear the stormie helm either, that completes the look!

Eh.. What about us Females?

No woman could ever wear Tusken gear.. and no Dev gives us Nightsister-Clothing as Female-Only?

very true but as someone once asked me . . . why would I want to look like a tuskan?
