Ok ive done a few beladonna missions, do they drop off a specific beladonaa npc or just any of them? thanks for your input.

Usually drop off any of them, but they are a rare drop. Usually have to be in a decent sized group when you take the mission off the terminals. At least that was how I looted mine.

when i have gone out to gather those items ... i normally would get like 1 every few hours at the least ... very rare item .. off of random bela npc's ... solo (CL 80)

took me several hours of killing to get just 1...it dropped for me a few weeks ago

I was helping a buddy grind his character, and some credits on TC Prime when he looted one off a Flail Cutthroat. I heard they changed some of the loot around there, so this may not happen off this mob on live yet.
