Since Zabrak and Humans can wear them and Sullustans have a fairly humanoid face can they wear the stormtrooper helmets?

Sullustans have a fairly humanoid face? I'd put them closer to Mon Cals than anything. Plus, their heads are too big.
The argument could be made that the Empire only makes armor for humans.
However, in a world where there are hundreds (if not thousands, by now) of Jedi running around, who cares what you wear? I say let them wear it.
