Its BS from Syren Quest or something cant remember and they dont drop special things. I would say normal loots from Thug at same level tho. CDEF and co...

the ones on talus drop a heating element used for recyclers. dont know the wp though.

there is a place on rori and on talus and for the most part they do drop junk..

they spawn on the hill right out side of the imperial outpost on talus not more then 150m outside of the gate
