Like another poster who lost his agitator motor schematic, resources, and components when it failed to execute, I lost a Metal Recycler schem, resources, and components. As stated in the earlier post, they will not replace your lost items even though they acknowledge being aware of this issue already. Adding insult to injury, they then ask you to file a bug report for a known bug, like I"m going to waste my time doing that. This kind of attitude has driven away countless customers. SOE, get your sh*t together and start taking care of the people who pay for this game.
