Don't worry about it , some people have nothing better to do.
Anyway in regards to your question , anything that drops CA's will have a chance to drop a dance tape.Personally i have looted dance and musical mindenhancement CA's from Aa'kuans and Nym NPCs so you might want to try something like that.

Looks like I got hit by the one star ninja at least once as well. Well, I gave you a five star to offset the one star noob. I dont know why people are so mean sometimes.
