These are my ideas, and they probably wont get implemented, but hey, I like to post ideas. Sorry if this is the wrong section, I couldn't see any other place to put them.
500 day rewards (before you ask, I'm not at 500 days)
It's a difficult choice between the two.

- Retrieve any skill mod (not dots) from any weapon, clothing, armor or item and turn it into a Clothing or Armor Attachment (your choice). 2 charges. ONE PER ACCOUNT PER LIFETIME
- Give each player extra 15-24 skill points per account. Those with two accounts can only pick one character to receive it. ONE PER ACCOUNT PER LIFETIME
It's a difficult choice between the two.

I like the second one.
But here's a question... if someone has two accounts, how would your suggestion work?
I mean, they're two completely different accounts, so logically there's no way to say for sure that the same person is playing both accounts. It could be a wife and husband-- wife plays one account, husband plays the other. So I really don't think that would work. 
Unless you're talking about like a second slot, so if you unlocked another slot after doing the FS quests then you couldn't get extra skill points on both characters. Though that would be under "one per account per lifetime"...
