I'm wondering where to find the rifle stims now, after the CU?

i've been looking around at a spawning point outside restuss, but the mobs are no longer there and i'm running out.

I have looted a bunch of rifle accuray on Lok. Think it was from mercenaries (or Corsairs)

you can stock up on them on the bazaar usually, people that do get them tend to sell them there if they're not rifles themselves

other than that, you can run missions against NPCs out of coronet or other major NPC cities on starter worlds, they're always low level so you can kill them quick and loot them for skills stims.
