Where is the best place to find faction that will drop higher end sea's? I hear lvl 72-82 drop good stuff, that true?

Weapons Development Facility on Naboo drops Holos, crystals, furniture schems, wanted posters, CA/AA multi mod +2-7, exceptional weapons, plus the normal garbage stuff (PRE-CU). BUT it is currently broken and with the way mobs r in CU it will either b impossible without a very large group or too easy. Who knows what loot will b like when it gets fixed??

Currently getting Holo's off of CL79-81 imps at random spawns.

I have yet to get any decent loot off of Rebels either random spawns or static dungeons CU or Pre-CU.

Try imp9(lvl 80)player owned faction bases(if your reb) Ive looted a +11 ca's from them. soloable but take time.
