I wanted one of these ever since I started playing SWG. Luke uses them in A New Hope when he's searching for R2-D2 so they should be avaliable but they are not listedon the bazaar.

However, I just looted a broken pair of these of a Level 60 Rebel Mission NPC. How come I can get broken pairs but not working pairs? I presume that these cannot be fixed and they are instead a generic item?
