I started on a blue rug auto-loom tool wellbefore the CU and I have not looted ANY of the components. What NPCs mobs give these items? The only thing I lack is the adhesive and the patches. Fortunately my guild mates have been generious and let me purchase all of the secions from the very cheap so I have all 7 sections and one of the other components but I have not looted any of the components for any of the rugs or tables or gongs or any of the stuff that you make.

so that means the i will have to pay outrageous prices to get what is left out there on the market. Because if the vendors realize this their prices will be seriously inflated. Its a matter of supply and demand. No "new" supply and a good bit of demand.

Unfortunately yes, this is what I've had to do to finish up my kits as well, luckily you can still find them somewhat cheap at most vendors.

Blue rug adhesive can be gotten as a side quest reward. Start location: protocol droid in front of a guild hall in moenia who's very worried about his master. If you need more info to find him, do a search on Droid's head quest (main quest reward).

I have not seen rug adhesive of any variety anywhere since before the CU. Nothing on vendors anywhere.
I'll have to check the droid in Moenia quest and see what happens. I have all the components for both an orange and a blue except the adhesives. I'd love to get these finished.

Simply put, you don't. No components are dropping anymore. Vendors or the bazaar are pretty much your only options. Try the trade forums too.

man i got real lucky found 3 blue rug adhesives for 20k eachon a vendor, woot! good luck man!

Better check teh description. I saw one on the bazaar, and under notes it said 3 million minimum.
Of course, if they don't pick it up before the 7 days is up...

I was very lucky personally with the dye, patches, all the sections. My guildies sold me some of what they had for our guild discount.

I have no idea where they got it. I just know that they had it on their vendors and sold it to me at a discounted price because we are guildies.
To the guys that that found the adhesive for 20k, great job man sounds like you found a noob that did not what they had. Wish i could find some deals like that.
