Well wher do the parts to and KSE drop??

Shipwrights have to randomly re-engineer Kuat Systems Engineering (KSE) components for the change to get a piece of the schematic. There are 8 parts in all. The completed schematic makes 3 - I think. Grevious' ship is better though imo.

Semi correct. Shipwrights take loot and reverse engineer it for random shot at a code segment. Kuat parts are not required. When you have 1 each of the 8 pieces, those are combined into a schematic. When learned that schema has a random number of uses (I have gotten 5 and 6).
