They're dropping off islanders and DJK/Ms.....the only way to solo those is to be pistol/smuggler/rifle in some combination and kite them with lots of rooting and snaring so they never get within melee range. Master smug root is about 40s, master pistol is around 20s, and rifles shoot from 65m and have kneecap to slow their movement.

good question. i see tons of people trying to sell them but noone wants to say where they r getting them.

/sigh.......i have killed several of these guys and just got some quality crystals and holos.......but im still trying 
btw that island isnt the only spawn of these lvl 109 guys!

for drop ratio Aaukains are the best. I'd get 15-20 CA/AA worth keeping per day (and deleted another 30 or so).
Only took two weeks to get a +17 LS experination suit.. but I haven't played SWG in almost 3 weeks. been on wow.. talk about content
I sold a +25/+25/+25 rifleman suit
made a +25 artsian suit
made a +25 chef suit
made a +10 doc suit
I am pistoleer so I capped on ranged speed, pistol speed, pistol acc and pistol defense
I did all this in a couple weeks
go to the guys in the back ;]

faction bases drop good stuff too these days, up to +15 I have looted

Player placed faction bases? or are you talking about the Naboo weapons depot?

the bases we place, rebel NPC's from the top level PVE bases drop good loot, tissues, pearls, CA, AA, Holo etc

Killing DJKs on Dath at the Imp Prison is the hot spot for elite SEA hunters. You need a Jedi with avoid incap though to tank. On most servers there seems to be several groups out there running the DJK mission 24/7, now, and you can tell from all the +25 SEAs that have been coming up on the trade forums as of late.

Don't need a jedi to take out a DJK. Got a DJM myself as master rifle/smuggler.

root/root or root/snare will do it for you, kiting ftw
just wait till they start doing forcelightning though
