Search isn't working again.

I finally saw someone using a jetpack today. It looked cool as h*ll. Kind of dorky, but cool at the same time.

Then I saw one for auction, starting at 30mill.

Do these parts still drop? Are they quest reward items? Many, many people tell me that things like blue rug adhesive don't drop anymore - yet I have gotten 12 via quest over the last week. So naturally I take 'those don't drop anymore' with a grain of salt.

Any info is appreciated.
