Thread: Is it safe to craft a Recycler or not
Specifically, from Patch #17 notes:
Crafters
- Ranger created camouflage kits are now usable by everyone. Any player may now self-apply a camouflage kit to gain a small conceal buff. This buff is less effective than if a Ranger had applied the camouflage, but it should aid crafters in avoiding the unwanted attention of critters near their installations. Also, camouflage kits are now usable from the button bar
- Crafting weapons will now grant the appropriate General or Weapon Crafting XP
- Recyclers will now be craftable again
as of the June 1st customer service top known issues update...they say do not attempt to craft the above mentioned items....Resource recycler or components. i could go on and give the whole paragraph but it is there if u want to read it...basically it says do not craft those items untila fix has been implemented and it has been detailed clearly in patch notes. it also says if u attempt to craft those items they will be lost. Basically its a flip of a coin if it will work when u do it right now.
As for getting the parts for the recyclers.....there are a number of spots you have to go..each component drops from a different npc
corsair captain......Agitator motor schematics and Metal Recycler Schematic
Binayre Pirate Hooligans.....Blue wireing....(There located at the entrance to there bunker on Talus)
Binayre Pirate NPC inside there bunker.....Heating Elements
Hidden Daggers.....spinner blades.....(have to do missions from the terminal)
Chunker NPC.....pulverisors....red wireing.....processor attatchments...(find them outside of starport at Dearic)
